C <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1530 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REFUNDING REFUNDABLE PLANNING <br />APPLICATION FEES FOR PLANNING CASE 118-82 <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Glenn Ranson requested rezoning, variance, <br />and minor subdivision approval from the Planning Commission for <br />the construction of a duplex dwelling on property presently owned <br />along Silver Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant withdrew his application following <br />Planning Commission discussion; and <br />WHEREAS, a total of $265.00 was submitted in planning fees, <br />of which $175.00 were base fees and non-refundable; and <br />WHEREAS, staff time amounting to $30.00 has been expended <br />to date on this application; and <br />WHEREAS, this $30.00 fee is covered under the $175.00 base <br />fee; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorizes the refund of the additional fees submitted in <br />the amount of $90.00 to Mr. Glenn Hanson. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 27th day of December, 1982. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
