► .'.J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15511 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1983 REIMBURSEMENT RATES FOR <br />EMPLOYEE'S USE OF PERSONAL VEHICLES DURING THE CONDUCT <br />OF CITY BUSINESS <br />WHEREAS, at times it may be necessary for employees of the <br />City of Mounds Veiw to use their personal vehicles in the conduct <br />of City business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understandinu between the City <br />of Mounds View and the Clerk -Administrator provides that the Clerk - <br />Administrator be paid a monthly mileage allowance for the use of <br />his personal vehicle during the conduct of City business; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Mounds View that during calendar year 1.983 employees be reimbursed <br />for use of their personal vehicles in the conduct of City business <br />at the rate of $0.19 per mile. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Mounds <br />View that the Clerk -Administrator receive a mileage allowance of <br />$100.00 per month during calendar year 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 24th day of January 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
