Letter dated March 15, 1983 to MnDOT Commissioner Braun. <br />2. Letter dated April 4, 1983 from MnDOT Commissioner Braun. <br />3. Draft letter to MnDOT Commissioner Braun. <br />I contacted Bill Crawford MnDOT District 5 Engineer on July 13, 1983 <br />concerning New T.II. 10 project. Bill. told me the following: <br />1. Project has very high priority with Commissioner Braun. <br />2. Full Project ($22 million construction estimate) is on <br />current list of. "candidate" projects for 1984 through <br />1987. <br />C 3. MnDOT signed documents establishing center line location <br />in Spring of 1983. <br />4. Interim project for 2 lane segment from County Road J to <br />T.H. 65 is scheduled for bid opening November 22, 1985 <br />(fiscal year 1986). Interim project is $1.0 million for <br />grading, paving and signing 2 lanes with no interchanges <br />5. Mr. Craig Robinson is project engineer assigned to <br />managn. the design work. <br />I will contact Mr. Robinson for data and detailed schedule for interim <br />project. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Send attached letter to MnDOT Commissioner Braun. <br />2. Contact Ramsey County and solicit their support to speed <br />up process. <br />3.
