This <br />item was reviewed by the Council at the June 27, 1983 meeting and <br />the Council at that meeting decided to wait ontiL a copy of the <br />final plat was in hand before approval of the resolutions to <br />approve the development agreement and copies of the final plat <br />took place. Copies of the development agreement were distributed <br />for the June 27th meeting. Attached are copies of Resolution <br />Nos. 1625 and 1626 approving development agreement execution and <br />the final plat for adoption at this time. <br />Should you have any questions or need copies of the development <br />agreement, please contact me. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 1625 and 1626. <br />f FJK/bc <br />
