Timothy Smith �. <br />DATE: September 21, 1983 <br />RE: SALARY ADJUSTMENT REnIIEST <br />As of 4-1-83 1 have been serving the City of Mounds View in the <br />capacity of Acting Chief of Police. <br />I hereby request compensation in the amount of $200 per month <br />retroactive to 4/l/83. <br />I am making this request due to added responsibility placed <br />upon me, both mentally and physically. <br />I feel that the requested compensation is within reasonable bounds. <br />Thank you for giving this item your attention and consideration. <br />
