We, the undersigned, do hereby petition the City of Mounds View to <br />begin vacating proceedings on the Fairchild Avenue easement from <br />Laport Drive to Arden Avenue, as outlined in the attached letter <br />dated May 13, 1981, to James E. Bremer from Donald F. Pauley, <br />clerk -administrator, City of Mounds View. <br />
