�XX (?.�, <br />ru�amalimt <br />City of Mounds View <br />WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 5, 1984, han been named <br />1984 Human Rights Day in Minnesota as a time set aside to <br />think about the state of human rights, an(] the way people <br />treat each other, throughout the world, as well as here at <br />home; and <br />WHEREAS, we share a deep concern for peoples here at <br />home and far away, for how their governments treat them, and <br />for how they treat each other, and <br />WHEREAS, it is always appropriate, and necessary, for <br />us to ponder the importance of our rights and those of <br />others, and to learn to know and respect the laws that <br />protect them. <br />NOW, THEREFORE., I Duane McCarty, Mayor of the City of <br />Mounds View do hereby proclain December 5, 1984 to be: <br />"HUMAN RIGHTS DAY" <br />In Mounds View.
