5. Administration and Clerical Support <br />Each city shall be responsible for its own clerical <br />and administrative work relating to its respective <br />energy conservation program. This includes the <br />filing of any reports with the Minnesota Department <br />of Energy and Economic Developments and grant forms. <br />6. Miscellaneous Expenses, Licensinc,and Certification <br />All licensing# certifications, and related <br />miscellaneous expenses having common need or interest <br />between the two cities shall be paid by each city at <br />the aforementioned rate of 501, for each city. <br />7. Indemnification <br />The City of Mounds View hereby agrees to indemnify <br />and hold harmless and defend the City of Blaine, its <br />agents and employees, against any and all claims for <br />damages, of whatever nature, arising from or in <br />consequence of the duties it has assumed hereunder, <br />except for vehicles owned by the City of Blaine. <br />8. Annual Review <br />This agreement shall be reviewed and evaluated ' <br />annually. <br />9. Authority <br />Each party executes this agreement pursuant to the <br />authority of their respective governing bodies. <br />10.
