Mounds View City Council 5.., <br />n �["sT?!". i"',� May 28, 198`. <br />Regular Meeting �'.`'.;-- - Page Two <br />Attorney Meyers replied the City has received the bulk <br />of the report from Mr. Perez, but he has not yet finished <br />the monitoring. The City has been in contact with him <br />regarding this, and no court date has yet been set. <br />lie added that he had just received the review of the <br />scoping document from MAC. <br />Mayor Linke reported he and Clerk/Administrator had <br />attended a Met Council meeting, and the full Council <br />had agreed that MAC must study all the items presented <br />before proceeding. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting at 7:51 PM and <br />opened the public hearing for the Cross of Glory <br />Lutheran Church. <br />Don Fairborn, 5511 Erickson Road and Helen Moore, 5503 <br />Erickson Road, asked if there were plans for a privacy <br />fence alongside the parking lot, and what the lighting <br />plans were. <br />Jack Holmes, a representative of the contractor, stated <br />they would consider moving the trees to the east side of <br />the property adjacent to the new addition. He added <br />the lights would be on a photocell, on short light poles <br />and the light would be concentrated down. <br />A representative of the church stated they would consider <br />doing an earth berm, along with landscaping, to separate <br />the parking lot from the residential area behind. <br />Mr. Holmes pointed out there will be excess fill with <br />which they can build the berm, and put plantings on top. <br />6.
