6.37 <br />Subdivision 3. Uniforms. When uniforms are provided they <br />shall be paid for by the Municipality. /— ' <br />Subdivision /. Municipal Tools and Equipment. <br />(1) Municipal tools and equipment shall not be used for <br />anything other than municipal purposes unless approved by the <br />Clerk -Administrator. <br />141 Municipal tools rharged out to any employee upon a <br />written receipt which are lost or broken through misuse of the <br />employee shall be replaced by the Municipality at the employee's <br />expense. <br />Subdivision 5. Health and Lite Insurance. All regular <br />full-time employees may be covered by a group health and life <br />insurance plan as approved from time to time by the City <br />Council. A portion of the monthly premium costs of such insurance <br />plan may be paid by the Municipality, such portion to be <br />established from time to time by the City Council. The balance <br />of the premium costs shall be paid by the employee. (240) <br />Subdivision 6. Work Day and Work Week. <br />(1) The normal work day for regular municipal employees <br />shall be eight hours r ,however, a department head with the <br />aooroval of the Clerk -Administrator may allow do employee to <br />n irreouiar pas <br />a- <br />-eppetne:ng-encnercerr_ <br />(2) The ncrmal work week for regular municipal employees <br />shall be ftve seven days, Monday Saturday through Friday. <br />Subdivision 7.
