Part of this program will be completed in 1986 with <br />the submission and hopeful approval of a maintenance <br />and capital improvement pro.lram for our storm water <br />.system and a pruyrrun fair thv m; inten.tnce garayv. <br />other public buildings will be evaluated in late <br />1986 and 1987 with submission of a report in 1987. <br />20. No efforts have been undertaken at this time to <br />implement a single tamely residential housing <br />inspection program. <br />21. A computer assisted drafting machine is proposed to <br />be purchased in 1986 using NSA funds. <br />22. Funds are available in the 1986 budget for a <br />review of the City's Comptehensive Plan, however, <br />any efforts to implement that program are being <br />delayed at this time until the City's revenue <br />sources hernme more certain. <br />23. Plaos will be started in late 1986 to implement the <br />by-pass of the lift station at County Road I and <br />Edgewood Drive as part of the total reconstruction <br />of Edgewood Drive from County Road I to Highway 10 <br />in 1987. <br />24. Police Chief Ranacher his begun the planning <br />necessary to implement a reorganization of the <br />Police Department which he inte.ided to have in place <br />in early January of 1986.
