Thatcher <br />Re: Municipal Water System Electrical Improvements <br />Thank you for the opportunity to discuss our involvement with <br />implementation of the referenced improvement project. <br />The Construction Documents Phase of the Project, our Commission Number <br />8177, was closed out in 1984 with billings of $9,655 out of a NTE maximum <br />of $10,000. <br />is discussed, we propose to make certain changes and additions to the <br />documents submitted to you for review and approval on 16 August 1984 and to <br />provide construction administration services as described in Exhibit A <br />(attached). It is estimated that the fens for this work will not exceed <br />$5,000. <br />Two copies of our Standard A/E Agreement are included herewith. Please <br />return one copy for our files. <br />J. E.
