61. <br />8. CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION. I will make frequent site visits <br />to see that plans and specifications are being followed on <br />the Phase I Development. I will review payment requests by <br />the contractor and oversee all activities relating to this <br />phase. <br />TIME COMPLETION <br />I can begin work on this project as soon as a contract is signed. <br />I acknowledge that the city wants to begin construction this <br />coming spring. <br />PROFESSIONAL FEE <br />Compensation for design services are: <br />1. Master Plan (includes items 1-6) $4500 <br />2. Phase 1 Development and Construction Observation 7 3/4% of <br />construction costs <br />3. Additional Work: <br />Principals <br />$40/hr. <br />Associates <br />$35/hr. <br />Architects <br />$40/hr. <br />Landscape <br />Architects <br />$35/hr. <br />Draftsman <br />$25/hr. <br />
