He has overall responsibility as director of the <br />RCM staff performing administrative and technical services during the construction of <br />projects. The scope of services range from conducting a pre -construction conference to <br />final inspection and operating tests of a completed facility. Specific services include the <br />processing of shop drawings; assistance in preparation of contract documents, pay <br />requests and change orders; review of project under construction as to conformance to <br />plans and specifications; detailing of inspection reports and maintaining liaison of owner, <br />contractor and design team. <br />As a professional engineer, Mr. Gray served as the designer for numerous projects in the <br />Upper Midwest including installation of municipal utilities, drainage system <br />improvements, flood control, airports and highway construction. <br />Prior to joining RCM, he was associated with an Eden Prairie consulting firm, serving as a <br />design engineer. As such, he was involved in the planning, design and construction of <br />municipal utility projects and recreational facilities. <br />
