As <br />Manager of the Department of Architecture, he is directly involved in all phases of <br />architectural work and responsible for its administration, production of projects, staffing, <br />and quality assurance. His experience in architecture includes the design, production and <br />construction administration of multi -unit residential complexes, office buildings and <br />banks, industrial and commercial structures, recreational and cultural facilities, and <br />rehabilitations of several project types. <br />RCM projects in which he has been primary designer since joining the firm in 1968, <br />include the Dakota Northwestern Bank building at Bismarck, ND; the John Paul <br />Apartments in Cold Spring, MN; municipal parking ramp at Mankato, MN; rehabilitation of <br />a former school building into housing at Hopkins, MN; municipal swimming pool in South <br />St. Paul, MN; the Kathio State Pert: Museum at Mille Lacsla N','fhr American. Legion <br />Club and H^I 1, Inn 1Vi o; several Thrifty Scot oeeli in the region; fire <br />stations at Clearwater, LeCenter, and Morris, MN; and many others. <br />After receiving his degree in architecture, Mr. Hennemuth participated in the Minneapolis <br />Urban Pilot Study which provided an overview of planning opportunities for the City of <br />Minneapolis. He later joined the Peace Corps in Equador, South America serving as an <br />assistant instructor at the University of Quayaquil for two years. There he was <br />instrumental in initiating a p!ogram for low cost housing and schools. <br />
