Park and Recreation Experience <br />NAME: Maple Lawn Park <br />LOCATION/SIZE: Faribault MN / 23 Acres <br />CLIENT: City of Faribault <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES: Services provided for Maple Lawn Park included preliminary <br />planning and analysis, development of design concepts, and assistance <br />in early stages of park development. <br />SPECIAL FEATURES: A special feature of Maple Lawn Park is that the park <br />was developed from agricultural land in response to the recreation <br />needs of surrounding residents. Planning and design efforts con- <br />verted a corn field and sand pits into a neighborhood park that <br />included tot lot, ballfields, open play, and parking. <br />FEE: ±1 ,500 <br />
