Park and Recreation Experience <br />NAME: Siebrands Field Park <br />LOCATION/SIZE: Good Thunder, MN / 4.5 Acres existing <br />4.5 Acres expansion <br />CLIENT: City of Good Thunder <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES: Complete services were provided to Good Thunder for the <br />expansion and upgrading of the city's major park. Services included <br />developing a recreation plan, preparing LAWCON applications, and <br />preliminary design. Following final approval of the grant application, <br />construction documents and staking and supervision will be provided. <br />SPECIAL FEATURES: The design for Siebrands Field Park was the result of a <br />planning study that identified recreational opportunities for the <br />community. Included was the purchase of 4.5 Acres of woodland and <br />development of trails, camping, and parking areas in the woods. <br />Also included was the upgrading existing softball, tennis, and <br />skating facilities. <br />FEE: $6,600 for design and grant applications. <br />
