PARK AND RECREATION EXPERIENCE <br />NAME: Morgan Timberland Park <br />LOCATION/SIZE: Mason City, Iowa <br />1 acre <br />CLIENT: City of Mason City <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES: A concept plan was developed for review and approval. <br />Construction documents were prepared and assistance was provided <br />to the City for bid openings. Construction supervision was pro- <br />vided as necessary to assure compliance with the plans. <br />SPECIAL FEATURES: The concept plan was developed with participation of <br />a neighborhood improvement committee. Also, several items of <br />construction were selected and supervised for neighborhood <br />participation. The park was developed in phases as funds were <br />made available. Some material and labor was donated by local <br />contractors. <br />FEE: $6,500 <br />
