Earth Pius is coordinating the work of the architect, civil engineer and land surveyor to develop a land plan sensitive to the unusual features of this site. Upon the completion of a land plan, Earth Plus will carry the design throgh to the zoning approval process as well as formulate a development plan for implementation. Saint Paul Academy and Summit School Long Range Development Plan Saint Paul Academy and Summit School St. Paul, Minnesota Earth Plus completed in 1980 a Long Range Development Plan for St. Paul Academy and Summit School. The Long Range Development Plan was prepared for both upper and lower school campuses. The planning process inventoried natural and man-made features, asseesed the use of existing facilities, formulated development policies and goals, concluding with a phased program for imple- mentation with estimated costs. Earth Plus is assisting St. Paul Academy and Summit School on an ongoing basus for implementa- tion of the master plan. gity of Ludington Pere Marquette Memorial Shrine Restoration Ludington, Michigan A feasibility study for renovating the Pere Marquette Historic Park was conducted by Mr. Hadersbeck in 1979 while employed with UBDC Architects in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As professional -in -charge for this project he determined the feasibility of renovating this historic park. The development plan included design solutions, several community meetings, and cost estimates for construction. The project was financed under Costal Zone !Management funds supplied by Michigan Depart- ment or Natural Resources.
