0 <br />TO; City Council and Clerk Administrator <br />FROM: Energy Coordinator <br />DATE: May 23, 1986 <br />RE: Multi -family Energy Conservation Meeting <br />Mark Leutgeh, a multi -family energy consultant for the Self <br />Reliance Center, will hold a presentation for all multi -family <br />dwelling owners in the City of Mounds View in June, 1986. <br />The Self -Reliance Center is a nonprofit organization offering <br />a variety of energy related services including audits, training, <br />consultation, and home repair. The Center was established in <br />1976 and is an integral part of the Minneapolis Neighborhood <br />Energy Workshop Program.
