APPR ®VED <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />2401 Hwy. 10, <br />The mounds View City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Linke at 7:05 PM on Monday, A::gust 11, 1986. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Counci.lmembers Hankner, Blanchard, <br />Quick, Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers and Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley. <br />Regular Meeting <br />August 11, 1986 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Blanchard to adopt Resolution <br />No. 2060, a r^solution of commendation and apprecia- <br />tion to State Trooper Gus Wehmeyer, and waive the <br />reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Links read Resolution No. 2026, for State Trooper <br />Gus Wehmeyer, Resolution No. 2029, for the Blaine/ <br />Spring Lake Park/Mounds View Fire Department, Resolution <br />No. 2053 for the Mounds View Perkins, Resolution No. <br />2054 for New Briohton Police Officer Gary Jones, and <br />Resolution No. 2657, for New Brighton Police Officer <br />Robert Jacobson, and he presented the resolutions of <br />commendation and appreciation to the appropriate <br />individuals, thanking them for their help on July 8. <br />Mayor Links presented resolutions of appreciation and <br />commendation 'co the Centennial Fire Department, St. <br />Anthony Fire Department, Fridley Fire Department, <br />Fridley Police Department, Coon Rapids Fire Department, <br />New Brighton Police Department, New Brighton Fire <br />Department, St. Anthony Police Department, Health Central <br />Ambulance Service, North Memorial Ambulance Service, <br />Hennepin County Medical Center Ambulance Service, Ramsey <br />County Sheriff's Department, Anoka County Dispatchers, <br />Ramsey County Dispatchers, Minnesota State Patrol, Red <br />Cross, Mounds View Community Theater, Explorer Post <br />#761, and Ramsey County, and thanked them all for <br />their assistance on July 8. <br />1-.
