2. The City agrees that the Chief may screen and <br />reject for access, based on good cause, the <br />employees of other agencies and organizations <br />permitted by the City to access those portions <br />of the computer system related to CHRI. <br />3. The City agrees that the Chief may establish <br />an access clearance for all personnel and <br />employees eligible for screening under <br />Sections (1) and (2) regarding direct access <br />to CHRI and access to CHRI System facilities, <br />systems operating environments, data file <br />contents while in use or once stored in a media <br />library, and systems documentation. The City <br />agrees that the Chief may adopt selective or <br />partial access clearances and clearances stall <br />be revocable and reduceable. The failure of <br />the Chief to grant a clearance will prohibit <br />that employee from having access to CHRI nr <br />areas where it is maintained. Further, the <br />Chief may take any addditional steps <br />reasonably necessary to limit access to indl- <br />viduais u0ier than. City personnel assigned to <br />the maintenance and,operation of the computer <br />system. <br />4. The City agrees that with regard to personnel <br />and employees eligible for screening under <br />Sections (1) and (2), the Chief may promulgate <br />policies and procedures to ensure that these <br />-2- <br />
