Individuals are responsible for the physical <br />security of CHRI under their control or in <br />their custody and the protection of such <br />information from unauthorized access, dis- <br />closure, or dissemination. <br />5. The Cityagreesto initiate, or permit the <br />Chief to initiate, administrative action <br />leading to the transfer or removal of City <br />personnel eligible for screening under <br />Section (1) where such personnel violates <br />provisions of these regulations or other <br />security requirements established for the <br />collection, storage, or dissemination of CHRI. <br />6. The Chief agrees that the day-to-day supervi- <br />sion of the personnel and employeee eligible <br />for screening under Sections (1) and (21 shall <br />be undertaken by the supervisorf ataff of the <br />City. <br />I <br />7. The City agrees that personnel employees eligi- <br />ble for screening under Sections (1) and (2) <br />will be made available to the Chief for <br />training to ensur3 that they are familiar with <br />the substance and intent of Title 28, Code of <br />Federal Regulations (CFR), Pert 20 including <br />the NCIC Computerized Ctimtnal.
