This salary information will give you an idea of current compensations: <br />The Forester's current full-time salary paid by Mounds View and Neu Brighton <br />is $32,772.50 including benefits or $15.76/hour. <br />The Forester has been employed for the City of Mounds View on a 2/5 time joint( — <br />powers agreement for seven (7) years. <br />To keep this Information in perspective, let me give you figures on the <br />Program Supervisor's position. This salary currently is $28,725.13 including <br />benefits or $13.81 per hour. This employee has been with the City for ten <br />(10) years and is a full-time employee. <br />It is my opinion that additional Job duties given to the Forester need not <br />include a pay raise due to the fact that the wage structure is high in <br />comparislon to other Jobs which are considered higher or equal to Stanton and <br />Comparable Uorth studies. (This excludes any adjustments determined by the <br />Comparable Uork heirarchy). <br />
