Superv.(Summer) Secretary Full Time <br />Secretary Full Time <br />Each city would maintain its present office and existing staff, <br />the two full time program supervisors would be promoted to <br />assistant directors. The director would spend three days per <br />week in New Brighton and two days in Mounds View and would attend <br />all park board meetingsand council meetings as necessary. The <br />assistant directors would be expected to cover some of these <br />meetings in the event of illness, vacation or scheduling con- <br />flicts. <br />The two offices would share a communications system allowing <br />residents or staff to communicate with either office by dialing <br />a single number. Program registration could eventually be inte- <br />grated with shared computer terminals and a dedicated line <br />allowing registration to be taken at either office for jointly <br />sponsored programs. <br />
