IV <br />Mounds View City Council 5 .tl 1l r �j 1 August r 1988 <br />Regular Meeting �J Page Three <br />----------------------------�-yKU----------------- ---- <br />®®Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained Staff would bring <br />Oxack an agreement, a counter-offer or a recommendation <br />to condemn, which the Council would then act on. <br />Mike Hurley, representative for Mr. Julian Johnson, <br />owner of t' property, stated Mr. Johnson would be <br />interested in negotiating for the necessary strip of <br />land, rather than the entire parcel. <br />Mayor Linke replied that Mr. Johnson could counter- <br />offer. <br />Mr. Hurley inquired as to the status of the building <br />permit. <br />Attorney Meyers explained the Council had denied the <br />extension of the building permit, so in essence there <br />is no building permit there now. <br />B. <br />Consideration` <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed his memo of August <br />of Joint <br />1 concerning the joint cooperation agreement on the <br />Cooperative <br />community development program with Ramsey County.
