Since the <br />deadline for the September/October City Newsletter is <br />Monday, August 7th, I need to discuss with you the exact <br />timing of the town meeting and a general format in order <br />that an article may be written for the newsletter.. <br />It would be appreciated if you would provide me with <br />direction on this matter at your August 7th Agenda Session <br />in order that appropriate publicity might be prepared. <br />DFP/MJS <br />
