MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Public 'Works Foreman Ulrich <br />DATE: July , !09 <br />SUBJECT: INSURA.YCE CLAIM AT 5259 GREENFIELD AVENUE <br />Attached please find a memo from myself to Mr. Brager dated <br />February 15, 1989, and a memo from Gary Kardeli to myself <br />dated December 18, 1988, regarding a claim against the City for <br />damages sustained from a sewer back-up at 5259 Greenfield <br />Avenue. <br />it is the City's position that we did not cause the sewer <br />back-up at the subject address.
