Resolution <br />Board of <br />r ,?amsey County Commissioners <br />Presented By C09missione" ccarty Date April 11, 1987 No._ <br />Attention. <br />Budget 6 accounting; Ken Weltzin, Director Public Works <br />87-216 <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County 9oard of Commissioners' Resolution 86-59 declared the <br />construction of New Trunk Highway 10 from Ramsey County Road J to Trunk Highway <br />10/47 to be the number one priority for new state highway construction in the <br />metropolitan area; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka, Hennepin and Ramsey County have positively worked to complete <br />recent Federal Highway legislation which has resulted in the release of significant <br />funding for interstate highway projects; Now, Therefore, Be It <br />RESOLVED, That the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners reaffirms Resolution <br />79-912, dated August 14, 1979, endorsing the new alignment alternative for the <br />construction of Trunk Highway 10; and Be It Further <br />RESOLVED, That the Board requests the Commissioner of Transportation to give <br />the segment between County Road J and Trunk Highway 10/47 a high priority for state <br />highway construction in the metropolitan area providing for its best and earliest <br />completion in 1987. <br />STATE OF MINNFjOTA <br />SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />I, John R.
