MEMO TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: City Planner Herman <br />DATE: July 15, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: AMOCO OIL COMPANY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A CAR <br />WASH AT 2155 HIGHWAY AVENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 241-88 <br />Attached is a revised site plan which Amoco has submitted. <br />In reviewing this site plan I used the previous Planning <br />Commission memo to see if all issues listed had been addressed. <br />The 30 foot setback, the parking requirements, and the <br />principal <br />structure issue have all been satisfactorily met. <br />We have not received the requested information on the si <br />lighting. He feels that the internal circulation is not <br />especially if cars entering the northern pumps wish t <br />car wash.
