1. The research of a consultant would be limited to familiarizing <br />themselves with the community where a temporary would need to do <br />that as well as research other zoning codes. <br />r <br />2. A consultant usually has several staff members who can be drawn <br />upon to assist in a project and the equipment needed to present <br />a finished product. The hiring of temporary help would require <br />the purchase or leasing of additional equipment and daily <br />supervision. <br />3. The use of a consultant could allow the updating of each code <br />simultaneously where a temporary would likely only be able to <br />work on one at a time. <br />Should you be in favor of Mike's request for equipment and Michelle's <br />for consultant services, Don Srager and I will assist you in identifying <br />possible fund sources fog• these items.
