Provides counter coverage to assist customers with 5 <br />building or planning requests and answers other general <br />questions relating to the City. C' <br />- Properly receipts all monies received. <br />Answers telephone calls in a businesslike manner 6 <br />and takes accurate messages and schedules appoint- <br />ments for staff members unavailable due to meetings <br />or absences. <br />Compiles and distributes Planning Commission packets 7 <br />to Commission members, staff, applicants, and <br />interested parties to ensure all are informed of <br />items to be reviewed at scheduled meetings. <br />Drafts I publishes and mails legal notices according to 8 <br />established procedures to ensure the knowledge of such <br />information throughout the community. <br />Keeps appropriate personnel informed of all important 4 <br />matters which require immediate attention or action. <br />Assumes other responsibilities as .,parent or as delegated. 10 <br />Other Performance Measurements <br />--- A favorable image is consistently maintained in contact <br />with residents, apartment building owners, contractors and <br />others. <br />--- Work assignments are planned to make the most productive <br />use of available working time. <br />--- Has a thorough working knowledge of the entire City's filing <br />system. <br />W <br />
