The total runoff equivalent shall be thv sum of the products <br />of the .appropriate coefficients of runoff and the square <br />lout of arna of o-arh type of existing or proposed land use <br />on the parcel of land. <br />Subdivision 5. Credits. <br />,d. Any special assessments specifically levied against <br />a parcel of land for storm drainage trunk system <br />improvements may be credited against the required <br />SUM Charge for that parcel. <br />b. Any payment of a SDIA Charge, as required herein, <br />shall be credited against any future special assess- <br />ment for storm drainage trunk system improvements. <br />25.06 USE OF FUND. <br />Any SUM Charge payments deposited in the Fund shall be used <br />only for expenses incurred in the design, construction, or <br />improvement of City storm drainage systems. Thdse expenses <br />shall include, but s:aall not be limited to, acquisition of <br />land and easements, construction of water quality control <br />improvements, and debt retirement in connection with storm <br />drainage sy&tem improvements. <br />1 25.07 TRANSFER OF FUNDS. <br />Any SDM Charge payments deposited in the Fund shall not be <br />transferred out of the Fund except for the purposes enumerated <br />in Chapter 25.06 above. <br />
