CODN 01- MOUNDS VI1:W BY !MENDING <br />CHAPTER 2.5, ISJ'1'I'I'LI:U "STOIBI DRAJUAGE MANAGEME41- FUND" <br />The City of Mounds View urdnins: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 25, Storm Drainage Management Fund, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />CHAPTER 25 <br />STORM WATER MANAGEnrtr•• rCND <br />25.01 DEFINITIONS. <br />The following words and terms wherever they occur in this �. <br />Chapter shall be defined as follows: <br />(1) Area. The total area of the subject parcel of land <br />measured in square feet and to the centerline of <br />any abutting public streets or rights -of -way. <br />(2) Fund. The Storm Water Management Fund. <br />(3) owner. Any individual, firm, association, corpora- <br />tion syndicate, co -partnership, trust or any other <br />legal entity having sufficient legal or equitable <br />interest in the subjec'. parcel of land to commence <br />and maintain proceeding for a building pe.'miL under <br />Chapter 59 of the Municipal Code. <br />(4) SWM Charge. The Storm Water Management Charge. <br />25.02 ESTABLISHMENT. <br />There is hereby established and Freated a fend, designated <br />as the "Storm Water Management Fund", and a charge, designated <br />as the "Storm water Management Charge". <br />25.03 PURPOSE. <br />The purpose of the Fund is to provide for the preservation <br />and improvement of storm water drainage facilities within <br />the City of Mounds View. There :hall be deposited in the <br />Fund all payments received pursuant to the provisions of <br />this Chapter and such other monies as shall be specified <br />from time to time by the City Council. <br />
