B, (24). <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to have the first <br />reading of Ordinance No. 431, amending the municipal <br />code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 40 entitled <br />"Zoning", and waive the reading. <br />4 ayes 1 nay <br />Counuilmember Blanchard voted against the motion, <br />stating she felt this was a bandaid ordinance, and <br />was not well thought out. <br />8.
