He <br />stated a sign-up sheet will be available at City <br />Hall. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Blanchard to remove proposed <br />Resolut3.e o. 2263 from the table. <br />4 ayes 1 nay Motion Carried <br />Councihmember Hankner voted against the motion. <br />She stated that her reason is tha- no public notice <br />indicated that such an important item was going to be <br />discussed. <br />;Mayor Linke stated the proposed resolution would <br />'hopefully qet the project off dead center, and he <br />read the proposed resolution. He stated he has <br />discussed the. proposed resolution with the other <br />mayors involved, and has not had any negative <br />feedback from them. <br />i <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Wuori to approve Resolution <br />No. 2263. <br />3 ayes 2 nays Motion Carried <br />CounciLuembers Quick and Hankner voted against the <br />motion. <br />She would like -to see a forum for all the Councilmembers to put <br />together a resolution th.:.t they all agree on. She added they <br />need to lobby Mounds View's position before trying to get every- <br />one to support it. <br />
