PETITION <br />We, the undersigned citizens of Mounds View, do hereby Petition the Parks and Recreation <br />Commis -for the City of Mounds View, and the City Council for the City of Mounds View to: <br />Finish construction of the wood -chip hiking path around Silver Lake Pond so that the path <br />completely circles the entire shoreline. <br />This task should be undertaken as soon as possible so that all citizens of Mounds View can <br />have the experience of being able to walk around the pond in a safe manner, and with the <br />knowledge that they are indeed on park property. <br />In view of the fact that the land around the pond is owned by the City, for the benefit of all <br />citizens, it is imperative that this path be constructed so as to make clear the rights of all <br />citizens to walk on the path, and also to insure a safe and uninterrupted hiking path around <br />Silver View Pond. <br />/ NP11tE� ADDRESS DATE PHONE <br />i , <br />11"Imm <br />OR I. <br />: <br />.... ,..Y <br />-- <br />E7�� <br />��'� <br />, <br />i <br />.s petition will be collected and mailed to: Mary Saarion, Director <br />Parks and Recreation Department <br />City of Mounds View <br />2401 Highway 10 <br />Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />
