RESOLUTION NO. 2325 <br />CITY OF t1OUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION REQUEST <br />BY ROB£RT PETERSEN, 2185 LAMBERT AVENUE, <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 237-88 <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Peterson, 2185 Lambert Avenue, has <br />-equusted approval of a minor subdivision dividing the northern <br />149.5 feet of his lot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />applicant's request for a minor subdivision and determines that <br />it is in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of the City Code; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the existing corner lot was grandfathered in as <br />it is nonconforming and the subdivision does not affect this <br />issue. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City OfMr. Petersen,o2185 Lambert pAvenue, 1, gally known as1Lambert by <br />t'on s <br />Addition, east 84 feet of Lot 20, Block 1, contingent upon <br />providing the City with appropriate title abstracts and recording <br />of those abstracts with Ramsey County. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 23rd day of May, 1988. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
