RESOLUTION 00. 2345 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT REQUEST <br />OF CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW PARKS DEPARTMENT FOR GREENFIELD PARK <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View Parks Department is <br />requesting a wetland alteration permit to allow for the placement <br />of fill on the southeast corner of Greenfield Park which is <br />within the 100 foot buffer zone; and <br />WHEREAS, the request has been reviewed by City Staff and <br />the Ramsey Soil and Water Conservation District; and <br />WHEREAS, the wetland boundary has been modified to remove a <br />portion of the site from the wetland zoning district; and <br />WHEREAS, the filling will be used to expand the usefulness <br />of the park; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Park <br />f Department's request for a wetland alteration permit and <br />�+ determined it to be adequate and in conformance with the <br />requirements of the Wetland Zoning code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Hounds View City <br />Council approves the wetland alteration permit request of the <br />City of Mounds View Parks Department for Greenfield Park. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 27th day of June, 1988. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
