Sharing input and feedback through <br />email, virtual meetings, and our project management software <br />will keep all stakeholders involved and informed. Cloud Coach <br />offers task management transparency with a multi-level work <br />breakdown structure and Gantt Chart-based project plan. <br />• Centralized project communication and task <br />management tools are in a cloud-based project <br />workspace <br />• Tasks, deliverables, and milestones are aligned to your <br />specific scope of work <br />The tools available through Cloud Coach combined with regular communication with your implementation consultant <br />provide you ample opportunities to quickly and efficiently review your project, check deliverables, and communicate <br />feedback. <br />Phased Approach <br />PHASE 1: APPROACH <br />The project begins with Mounds View signing the Statement of Work (SOW), which contains the scope of modules, <br />features, integrations, and services to be provided. After the SOW is processed by CivicPlus, an implementation <br />consultant is assigned who will coordinate a time for the Project Kick-Off Meeting. <br />PHASE 2: INITIATE <br />This phase includes the Project Kick-Off Meeting, which is the first direct interaction between you and the <br />implementation consultant. During this meeting, the SOW will be reviewed, timelines revealed and agreed upon, and <br />customer deliverables presented. Full attendance by Mounds View’s stakeholder team, comprising a project manager, <br />subject matter expert, and functional area lead per department, is necessary to fully commit to the outlined approach. <br />PHASE 3: ANALYZE <br />Mounds View returns the deliverables identified in Phase 2. Upon receipt of deliverables, CivicPlus will analyze the <br />content and interact with you to ensure that all items needed to move forward have been provided. Prompt return of <br />deliverables by you is a requirement for the project to progress to subsequent phases.
