These sessions provide training on the modules and features with tasks assigned to confirm system <br />configuration. Completion of the training enables customers to start using the software at system launch. <br />PHASE 6: OPTIMIZE <br />This phase allows for small refinements to the items CivicPlus will have configured in Phase 4. Any imports included <br />in your project will be conducted in this phase. During this period any records added to the system in Phase 5 will be <br />removed as the system is prepared for launch.
