civicplus.com 35 <br />PHASE 7: LAUNCH <br />Stakeholders will attend the Project Close-Out meeting, which is the final meeting with the implementation consultant. <br />At this meeting, the SOW will be reviewed to ensure that 100% project completion has been achieved. Further, you'll <br />be provided instructions on how to submit product-related requests to CivicPlus Customer Support. Mounds View's <br />system is now Live and able to begin operations within the system. <br />PHASE 8: REFINE <br />Immediately following the Close-Out meeting, you will be connected to your customer success manager. They will <br />establish regular check in meetings to review your progress in using the system and work together with your team to <br />ensure success by outlining key milestones, measuring your objectives to ensure you achieve the desired outcomes. <br />The customer success manager will work closely with you to monitor your account, ensuring that you see the value of <br />the solution. In addition, you will connect the Public Portal to your website and become fully operational within each <br />module and system. <br />PHASE 9: DELIGHTED <br />This phase begins when Mounds View communicates to your customer success manager your satisfaction with <br />the product and willingness to be a referenceable contact. CivicPlus would also like to highlight your success by <br />publishing a case study on the CivicPlus website.
