When users sign up, <br />they can opt-in to available unique groups such as road closure and recreations. Our <br />powerful platform offers a simple, user-friendly interface with a robust selection of <br />group and network options. <br />Residents can also sign-up for notifications to one or multiple groups with our text-to- <br />join feature. To join a group, they can simply text a “keyword” to the specified number. <br />Your staff can set up unlimited keywords, allowing you to create keywords for multi- <br />use categories or one-time events, such as a parade. <br />EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION (ETN) <br />With CivicPlus’ ETN, you will be able to send an emergency voice call with white and yellow page landline data. <br />This data is seamlessly updated daily. These contacts are available for you to send alerts about life-threatening <br />emergencies. <br />REAL-TIME REPORTING <br />The Mass Notification solution offers administrators <br />analytics for each message sent. Reporting within <br />the system allows administrators to view and capture <br />engagement statistics, including the status of delivered <br />messages and the percentage of confirmed contacts. <br />You’ll have comprehensive analytics to provide real-time <br />reporting and create paper trails to easily understand the <br />success of your notifications and share with others in your <br />organization. <br />Following the onset of a crisis and broadcasting critical <br />alerts, easily and quickly confirm, in real time, the status <br />of critical alerts sent via text, voice, email, and mobile <br />app to ensure alerts have been delivered to all intended <br />recipients. Real-time analytics enable you to take alternative steps to reach recipients who experienced a delivery <br />failure. <br />POLLING <br />Utilize polls to assess personal safety and your organization’s status. All results are visible in an easy-to-read report on <br />all platforms. Polling can be used through the mobile app or email. Polling can also be utilized via SMS and voice.
