PUBLIC HEARING: Resolution 10160, Adopting a Special Assessment Levy <br /> 15 for Unpaid Diseased Tree and Miscellaneous Charges. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Finance Director Bauman requested the Council approve a Resolution adopting a special <br /> 18 assessment levy for unpaid diseased tree and miscellaneous charges. Resolution 10161,Recognizing October 28, 2025, as National First Responder <br /> 31 Day to Include Mounds View Public Works. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Public Works/Parks and Recreation Director Peterson requested the Council adopt a Resolution <br /> 34 recognizing October 28, 2025, as National First Responder Day to include Mounds View Public <br /> 35 Works personnel. He commented on the silent support public works employees offer by providing <br /> 36 safe drinking water, operating stormwater and sewer systems, along with keeping streets clear. He <br /> 37 asked that the Council honor and acknowledge the City's public works employees by recognizing <br /> 38 October 28, 2025, as National First Responder Day to include Mounds View Public Works <br /> 39 Department. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Mayor Lindstrom read Resolution 10161 in full for the record and thanked the City's Public Works <br /> 42 personnel for being the silent arm of the communities' first responders. He stated he appreciated <br /> 43 all that public works did to keep the community free and clear of snow, while also keeping the <br /> 44 water flowing through the City.He also appreciated all that Public Works did at the City sponsored <br /> 45 events in the community. <br /> 46 <br />
