Reschedule December 8, 2025, Council meeting to December 15, 2025. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council reschedule the December 8,2025,City Council <br /> 7 meeting to December 15, 2025. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Council Member Smith indicated this would not work for her and asked why the meeting was <br /> 10 being rescheduled. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Mayor Lindstrom explained the community dinner would be held on December 8 which meant the <br /> 13 meeting scheduled for that night would have to be rescheduled. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Council Member Clark suggested the Monday, December 8 meeting be moved to Tuesday, <br /> 16 December 9. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Mayor Lindstrom indicated he proposed moving the meeting to December 15 because only one <br /> 19 meeting would be held in December and this would allow the meeting to be held mid-month. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Council consensus was to reschedule the Monday, December 8, 2025, City Council meeting to <br /> 22 Tuesday, December 9, 2025. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 B. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Council Member Meehlhause reported on Monday,November 10 the Mounds View Lions would <br /> 27 be hosting a service project focused on mental health at the Mounds View Community Center from <br /> 28 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. He encouraged volunteers to consider attending this event to help out. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Council Member Gunn stated on Friday, October 31 the Up Dogs will be at the Halloween Bash <br /> 31 on Adams Street. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Council Member Gunn explained there will be a Veterans Day Ceremony on Tuesday,November <br /> 34 11 at 3:00 p.m. at the Tribute Park. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Council Member Smith indicated she attended the Halloween event last week with Sergeant Fuzz <br /> 37 and she really enjoyed seeing all of the costumes. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Council Member Clark reported she attended a Festival in the Park meeting on Tuesday, October <br /> 40 21 and noted the group discussed potential grant opportunities for 2026 and elected new officers. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Council Member Clark noted she also attended the Fall Festival and was pleased to report over <br /> 43 2,000 people participated in this event. She thanked all of the park and rec staff and community <br /> 44 partners that made this event possible. <br /> 45 <br />
