LAHA funds will be deposited into a dedicated City account. The EDA may use a portion of <br /> the funds for eligible program costs. This is a budgeted item, $60,000 for all loan programs, and <br /> $100,000 for the LAHA Grant Program for 2026. All administrative and other fees will be taken <br /> from the $60,000.
