<br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10225 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING THE FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS OFFICE REMODEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Public Works Office Remodel and <br />awarded the project to RAK Construction Inc of East Bethel, MN; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, RAK Construction Inc has completed all project construction and met the <br />contract requirements for the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff recommend accepting the completed construction work and <br />issuing final payment for $29,767.80 to RAK Construction Inc; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, RAK Construction Inc, has submitted the final paperwork and all close <br />out documents as required by the agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Accepts work completed under the contract between the City and RAK Construction Inc., <br />for the Public Works Office Remodel Project. <br /> <br />2.
