The Festival Committee will discuss <br /> alternatives to a street dance for Festival 1998. • <br /> FORESTRY: <br /> Forester Rick Wriskey has expressed concern regarding the health of community trees during this <br /> drought. The lack of rain has stressed trees in the area that have already been stressed due to <br /> other harsh weather incidences in the past year. Rick has his crew watering trees and suggests <br /> that everyone remember to water their trees at home. <br /> CABLE TV: <br /> Patrick was in Kansas City to attend his uncle's funeral, an unexpected trip. Patrick will be taping <br /> a"Guys and Dolls" promotion for the Mounds View Community Theater performances. Other <br /> shows are being arranged including a View From the Mound, Srs On the Run and other regular <br /> programs as well as city meetings. Patrick has finalized information and data collection regarding <br /> prices of equipment that he will be requesting purchase approval at the June 23 meeting.
