RESOLUTION NO. 10248 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING $7,950 FOR RENTAL ASSISTANCE <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the use of Local Assistance Housing <br /> Aid (LAHA) to support housing stability, and staff has processed multiple requests under <br /> this program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has discussed assistance for individuals facing significant <br /> housing challenges and has explored various options to address these needs; and <br /> WHEREAS, after extensive efforts, a viable housing solution for the client has <br /> been identified; and <br /> WHEREAS, continued support is necessary to maintain housing stability, and a <br /> six-month extension of assistance has been requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> approves $7,950 in LAHA funds for rental assistance for a Mounds View apartment, <br /> providing six months of housing support from May through November 2026. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of April, 2026. <br /> Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br /> (SEAL) <br /> The Mounds View Vision <br /> A Thriving Desirable Community <br />
