She noted the proposed Ordinance would extend the franchise through 2032. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Smith. To Waive the First Reading and Introduce Ordinance <br />1062, an Ordinance Continuing a Franchise Fee on Xcel Energy Electric and Natural Gas <br />Operations within the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />G. Second Reading and Approval of Ordinance 1060, Amending Fee Schedule <br />regarding Vacant Building Registration Fees and Rental Dwelling License <br />Fees ROLL CALL VOTE. <br /> <br />Housing and Code Enforcement Inspector Anderson requested the Council hold the second reading <br />and adopt an Ordinance amending the Fee Schedule regarding Vacant Building Registration Fees <br />and Rental Dwelling License Fees. He reviewed the proposed changes that would be made to the <br />Fee Schedule and recommended approval. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Smith.
